Asonge: Oversubscribed by 13% 10 640 000 MTN shares, currently worth R 1.14bn, were offered to qualifying investors plus one bonus share for every 10 held after 24 months.

- A further 1 376 058 shares, currently worth R 1.47 m, were allocated to accommodate oversubscriptions plus one bonus share for every 10 held after 2 months

Eyethu: attracted applications from 47 523 individuals, totalling over R 740 million, during the three-and-a-half month offer period. The results make this the largest retail share scheme of its kind in value terms - to have been implemented on South Africa thus far.

Collaboration with Stokvel.... education around investing and financial markets was done through TV and radio, features and drama... Mass groups were reached by TV, local radio and print.
